3. Job Seeker (Candidate) Obligations

Candidates who submit profiles, resumes, or inquire about job matches agree to the following:

• You will provide true, accurate, and current descriptions of your employment history, credentials, and skills.
• Submission of a resume does not guarantee an interview or placement in any role.
• You agree that we may share your profile and vetted information with prospective employers seeking matching staff.

4. Employer Obligations

Businesses submitting staff requests or hiring candidate profiles agree to:

• Provide accurate details regarding job requirements, shift schedules, physical demands, and safety requirements.
• Billing terms, placement fees, temporary staffing hourly bills, and worker guarantees will be governed by a separate, signed Service Agreement between the parties. These Terms & Conditions do not supersede individual business agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, logos, custom graphics, dashboards, animations, and icons on this website are the property of BluePeak Staffing and protected by trademark and copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

BluePeak Staffing will not be held liable for any damages arising out of your use of the website or our screening matches. We make no warranties regarding candidate performance, nor do we guarantee that clients will have open shifts for candidates at any given time.
